pripremljenog jela koje nas grije iznutra. Jer prava čarolija vikenda krije se
u jednostavnim, ali ukusnim jelima. Zato za sve koji se žele upustiti u mini
kulinarske izazove donosimo ideju za jelo koje je dobrodošlo u svako doba dana,
a priprema je brza i jednostavna. Pripremamo njoke sa sočnim cherry rajčicama i
u kremastom umaku. Odlično jelo u 20 minuta.
Njoki s rajčicom recept
Sastojci (za 2–3 osobe):
v 400
g svježih njoka
v 200
g cherry rajčica, prepolovljenih
v 2
češnja češnjaka, sitno sjeckana
v 100
ml vrhnja za kuhanje
v 2
žlice maslinovog ulja
v 1
žličica soli
v 1⁄2
žličice papra
v Šaka
svježeg bosiljka
v Parmezan
Priprema:
Zakuhajte vodu i
skuhajte njoke prema uputama na pakiranju (obično 2–3 minute dok ne isplivaju).
U tavi zagrijte maslinovo ulje i dodajte češnjak te cherry rajčice. Pirjajte
3–4 minute dok rajčice ne omekšaju. Dodajte vrhnje i začine, kratko prokuhajte
da se umak zgusne. Umiješajte njoke u umak i lagano promiješajte. Na kraju
dodajte svježi bosiljak i po želji pospite svježe naribanim parmezanom. Za malo
wow elementa, dodajte pržene pinjole ili kap balzamičnog octa.

Using the @Simply Wize gnocchi which is gluten free, vegan and has a pillowy soft texture - my favourite! (Ad) Serves 4 [Sauce makes enough for 2 packets of gnocchi, you can store extra sauce in a jar in the fridge for later] Ingredients: 1 or 2 packets of Simply Wize traditional gnocchi 1 large red onion 8-10 garlic cloves 500g cherry tomatoes Drizzle of olive oil 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes + more for mixing through 1/2 cup plant-based cream Pinch of salt and pepper 1 cup fresh basil + more for mixing through Vegan parmesan cheese Preheat oven to 200c and place the cherry tomatoes, garlic and red onion on a baking tray. Drizzle lightly with olive oil and toss. Bake for 35 minutes. In the meantime, heat a fry pan over medium-high heat and add a drizzle of olive oil. Add the gnocchi and cook until tender and lightly golden. Add the tomato, garlic, onion, sun-dried tomatoes, basil, cream, salt and pepper to a high-speed blender and blend until creamy. Add the sauce to the gnocchi in the pan over medium heat, mix in the extra basil and sun-dried tomatoes. Cook until sauce is heated. Grate over some parmesan cheese and combine.
